Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the controls you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect contact details you submit (name, email, phone, business), service usage data (camera connections, event metadata), and limited video evidence required for verified incidents. We do not sell personal data — ever.

2. How we use it

To provide monitoring services, dispatch authorities, generate incident reports, support your account and improve our platform. Video clips related to verified events are retained for 90 days; non-event footage is not stored on our infrastructure.

3. Data protection

All streams are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II compliant. Access to live feeds is restricted to authorized SOC operators with role-based access controls and audit logs.

4. Sharing

We share data with: (a) law enforcement when responding to verified incidents, (b) sub-processors strictly required for service delivery (cloud hosting, communications), and (c) authorities when legally required. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact privacy@sentrixglobal.com.

6. Cookies

We use minimal first-party cookies for session management and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

7. Updates

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
