These terms govern the commercial relationship between Sentrix Global and our customers.

1. Service definition
Sentrix Global provides 24/7 remote CCTV monitoring, event verification, dispatch coordination, and optional installation services as defined in the executed Service Order.
2. Customer responsibilities
You will maintain functional cameras, network connectivity and accurate site contact information. You will provide updated key-holder and emergency contact lists and notify Sentrix Global of any changes within 24 hours.
3. Fees & billing
Monthly fees are billed in advance. Annual plans are discounted and pre-paid. Late payments after 14 days may result in temporary suspension of monitoring services.
4. Cancellation
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No early-termination penalties apply on monthly plans. Annual pre-payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Limitation of liability
Sentrix Global provides monitoring and dispatch services. We do not guarantee prevention of all incidents and our liability is limited to the value of the most recent 12 months of fees paid, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Insurance
Sentrix Global maintains commercial general liability and professional indemnity insurance. Customers are responsible for their own property and asset insurance.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida.
